Residential Hvac Service Technician

Job Description:

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Syracuse, NY location. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for servicing equipment according to an established service schedule 
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
• Submit documents daily 
• Follow all safety procedures
• Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshoot heat pumps and air conditioning systems
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for fuel oil equipment

 

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 to 5 years of experience
• EPA – Universal Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

The starting base range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 an hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
