Hybrid Role – This position allows individuals to work both from our offices and at home. This position requires individuals to have a vehicle to commute to various locations (project sites/offices/vendors) in Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. Furthermore, this position requires individuals to be present at weekly staff meetings to review projects and designs.
DISCLOSURE: TRAINING WILL BE FULL-TIME IN OFFICE FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS
$50,000 BASE SALARY + COMMISSION ($85,000 - $125,000 ANNUAL COMPENSATION)
Responsibilities:
-On site project measuring
-Preparation of conceptual presentation drawings/schematics
-Meeting with clients at home or in office to present designs
-Preparation of estimates and contract/construction specifications
Ideal Qualifications:
-Technical/working knowledge of wood frame residential construction
-2-3 years minimum of professional experience in Architectural/Construction Industry
-Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must
-Residential design experience with kitchens, bathrooms, additions
-Must be a self-starting, driven, and motivated individual
-Strong written & oral communication skills
-3D rendering knowledge/photoshop is a plus
