This role will consist of fieldwork at clients’ homes. This role must also have the ability to commute between client locations anywhere within our service area. We currently service Minneapolis/St. Paul & the first ring of suburbs!
We service our residential clients Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm - No nights or weekends! Flexible Hours! (25hr. Minimum)
The Residential Cleaner position provides exceptional customer service to all clients. Residential Cleaners are also responsible for providing thorough, safe, efficient, and effective cleaning. All Two Bettys employees are required to treat each other, management, clients, and vendors with respect. We offer the following positions:
- Full-time Cleaner- 30 hours minimum + Benefits!
- Part-time Cleaner- 25 hours minimum (Flexible Hours)
- Cover Cleaner- on-call/ covering fellow Betty shifts (25 hours minimum)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Tasks and responsibilities associated with this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Clean client homes using techniques and products provided by Two Bettys
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Keep a consistent schedule and communicate availability updates in a timely manner
- Accountable to report to a Service Manager regarding, but not limited to, schedule changes, time off requests, support and training needs, etc.
- Participate in 1:1 meetings with Service Manager
- Participate in quarterly team meetings
- Visit the Refill station as scheduled (to pick-up/drop-off supplies)
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
- Attend company meetings, events and model Two Bettys company values and mission is expected

Earn a living wage!
- We start our cleaners at $18.50 an hour.
- Increase to $22 or $23 an hour within the first year of employment!
CASH TIPS ARE ALWAYS ENCOURAGED! WE ASK OUR CLIENTS TO TIP OUR CLEANERS DIRECTLY.
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License (to commute to and from client accounts).
- Reliable Vehicle & Proof of Auto Insurance (to commute to and from client accounts).
- Active Smartphone (to download scheduling & HR/Payroll applications).
- House shoes- Slip-resistant is encouraged.
- Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm availability (for full-time cleaners).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds safely
- Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day in a physically demanding job
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb step stool, etc. in an 8-hour day while providing field support
- Ability to sit for long periods of time (driving/commuting) between account locations
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF:
- You want to learn techniques, and practices of professional green cleaning.
- You can provide a one-year minimum commitment.
- You have availability to work between 25-40 hours per week.
- You can meet the physical demands of a labor-intensive job day in and day out.
- You enjoy helping people and can provide a top-notch customer experience.
- You are consistent and dependable.
- You desire to work independently but are comfortable asking for support.
- You’re great with pets (a plus, not required).
