Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and those in need of assistance.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Respect and uphold the rights of residents and ensure their privacy and dignity.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, or in a direct support role is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation .
- Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic first aid knowledge is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $13.36 - $14.89 per hour
