Residential Care Case Manager/Social Worker needed for full-time, temp to hire position in Montgomery County.
The Residential Care Case Manager/Social Worker has primary responsibility for developing, documenting, and implementing most aspects of a youth's ISP during their participation in the organization's Institutional Care programs; and assures the safety, health, and welfare of the youth while using counseling, educational, and life skills to build character and encourage the youth's successful achievement of their goals.
Position Requirements
BSW with one year of case management. MSW preferred. Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance, daily access to vehicle. Able to work in a team and independently. Able to take initiative and prioritize. Knowledge of adolescent, mental, and behavioral health. Multi-tasking abilities. Good organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Ability to effectively communicate with children and adolescents.
