Resident Services Coordinator

Immediate opening for an organized and customer service minded Residential Service Coordinator.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a valid driver’s license is required. Previous property management experience and familiarity with YARDI or similar software is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct neighborhood tours and home showings for qualified potential residents.
• Perform move out assessments with departing residents and assess any charge for damages.
• Administer move-in paperwork and home inspections with residents.
• Provide a high standard of customer service to residents -Answer resident questions and assist in resolving complaints.
• Responsible for monitoring curb appeal throughout the community and office and maintaining the cleanliness, housekeeping and general appearance of the office, amenities, models, and common areas including trash pickup and enforcing community standards.
• Assist in the inspection of vacant homes.
• Provide administrative support at the community center.
• Other duties as assigned.

This is a Full-time position Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm, pay is $18/HR.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have the ability to get on post.
• Valid Driver’s license & insurance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Background will be viewed.
