- This #Resident Service Coordinator job located in Lancaster, PA.
- Position requires a high school diploma or GED.
- With high school diploma or GED, 5 – 7 years of relevant experience, required.
- Position prefers bachelor’s degree in human services (such as psychology, social work, social science, or other related fields) with a least one year of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license, required.
- Successful completion of drug screening and criminal background check and proof of COVID-19 vaccination (unless exemption has been granted for medical or religious reasons).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Center residents and hold in mind their experiences to deliver services.
- Support residents to maintain/achieve their self-sufficiency and enhance their quality of life.
- Foster collaborative and participatory initiatives with residents and community partners.
- Work seamlessly with property management staff on resident referrals, eviction prevention services and community building efforts.
- Maintain resident files according to Resident Services guidelines.
- Submit reports to HDC and other regulatory agencies as required.
- Participate in organization, team and cross-team meetings to facilitate effective communication.
- Meet or exceed Resident Services Performance Standards.
