Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Resident Relations Coordinator with Administrative Assistant Duties, you will be a vital link between our residents and the property management team. Your role will focus on fostering positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs, and ensuring a pleasant living environment. In addition, you will provide essential administrative support to streamline daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, acting as a primary point of contact for their inquiries and concerns.
- Organize and execute resident events, activities, and initiatives to promote a sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining calendars.
- Help manage maintenance requests, work orders, and follow-up on resident inquiries or issues.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation related to resident interactions.
Communication:
- Communicate and enforce community policies and regulations while addressing resident compliance and disputes professionally and diplomatically.
- Prepare and distribute community newsletters, updates, and announcements to keep residents informed about events and important information.
Feedback and Improvement:
- Collect resident feedback and suggestions and relay them to the property management team for continuous improvement of community services and facilities.
- Monitor and report any potential concerns or issues affecting resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in related field preferred. But no required
- Previous experience in Resident Relations, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
