SalaryNew Day Recovery in Niles, Ohio is looking to hire a Resident Monitor. This role would be responsible for providing client assistance in daily living, crisis intervention and other services to assist the client in the treatment process.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Under direction, ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision and values of Recovery Housing.
- Attend to the needs of the clientele while assisting their engagement in daily living.
- Respond and interact with clients and staff professionally, treating them with respect and dignity.
- Answer phones.
- Assist with Client Intakes.
Requirements:
- Combination of experience and education normally represented by High School Diploma with 1-2 years relevant work experience required.
- Must be able to form good working and therapeutic relationships.
- Must be organized, detail oriented and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have competent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of computers and familiarity of Microsoft Office.
- Experience working with a team of professional staff desirable.
- Must be 18 years of age.

CPR/First Aid
Valid Driver’s License
