SalaryOn-site Resident Management team (2 people). This job requires you to live onsite . Sole applicants will not be considered. Responsible for the day to day operation of a large self storage facility. Duties include leasing of units, selling of supplies, following the New Mexico Storage Lien Law, maintaining appearance and cleanliness of units and premises and Marketing of the Facility in addition to other duties as required. A positive and friendly attitude, computer and office skills as well as hand or maintenance skills are a plus. Friendly and courteous phone skills are a necessity. This is a great opportunity for people who like to work together. The job is for a 2 person resident Management Team and part of the compensation include use of large apartment with all utilities (Refrigerated Air, cable tv, electric, water, gas) paid.
