Resident Life Coord (Stu Srvcs Prog Coord I), Minimum Salary: $35,568 per year, USC Aiken Housing
The Resident Life Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive residence life program which enhances the growth and development of residential students while supporting the academic mission of the University. This person will serve as a live-in, after-hours responder for on-campus housing. The Coordinator reports to the Director of University Housing and Residence Life but is expected to exercise independent judgment in managing the day to day responsibilities of the position and programs they oversee. Works harmoniously with others. They will receive supervision on a regular basis through formal one-on-one meetings, as well as informally when the occasion arises where supervision is necessary. Bachelor's degree required. Experience with residence life programming, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with diverse constituencies, knowledge of principles of student development, and strong student-centered philosophy required.
