Primary Responsibilities:

• Assists residents with activities of daily living as scheduled and needed. living.
• Practice infection control and special precautions in all Resident Care duties.
• Cooperates with the nurse on-duty to accomplish wellness and care goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1 yr Assisted Living and Memory Care experience
