SalaryGalleria Woods, a premier retirement community in Hoover, Alabama is recruiting in our 24 bed Assisted Living Unit Resident Care Assistants:
- Full time Certified Nurse’s Aides 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. every other 1st and 3rd or 2nd and 4th other weekend.
- Part Time Days 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. weekdays and every other 1st and 3rd weekend.
- Part Time 2 p.m. – 10 p.m. week days evening and every other 2nd and 4th weekend.
- PRN 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. weekends
Pay Rate: $12.50 - $13.25 per hour

Required skills and qualifications:
- Prefer current nursing assistant certification (CNA) in the state of Alabama.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
- One of more years’ experience as a CNA or Resident Care Associate. .
- Must enjoy working with the senior population.
- Ability to pass a drug and criminal background.
- Excellent attendance record.
Y our responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living to include bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Transfer residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans.
- Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments.
- Record and report changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor.
- Promote quality services within company, state and federal regulations.
