SalaryDuties:
- Provide direct support and care to residents in a residential setting
- Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and ensure a safe environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the living space
- Assist with transportation needs, including driving residents to appointments or activities
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, their families, and other staff members
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices for providing support to individuals with diverse needs
- Physical ability to lift and assist residents as needed
