Job Summary
The Resident Aide is responsible for providing personal care and assistance to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to residents, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and ambulating
- Provide companionship and support to residents
- Report any changes in resident health or behavior to the appropriate staff member
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in elder care
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
