Reservations Manager

```Duties```

- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including banquets, conferences, fundraisers, and corporate meetings

- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their needs are met

- Manage event logistics, catering arrangements,

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services

- Create event budgets and track expenses to ensure events stay within budgetary constraints

- Oversee event setup and teardown

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the planning or execution of events

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members

- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for event attendees

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously

- Proficiency in contract negotiation and management to secure favorable terms with vendors

- Budgeting skills to develop and manage event budgets effectively

- Time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure timely execution of events

- Attention to detail to ensure all aspects of an event are planned and executed flawlessly

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
