```Duties```
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including banquets, conferences, fundraisers, and corporate meetings
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their needs are met
- Manage event logistics, catering arrangements,
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
- Create event budgets and track expenses to ensure events stay within budgetary constraints
- Oversee event setup and teardown
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the planning or execution of events
