What We Expect:
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in dealing with owners, guests and other employees.
- Clearly explain the processes involved in owner use privileges.
- Handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously.
- Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Work with little or no supervision.
- Communicate to supporting departments any necessary information or requests.
- Accurately maintain owner files, records and all pertinent updated information.
- Ascertain the owner/guest needs and correctly answer questions and concerns.
- Build owner files, update spreadsheets, verify information for accuracy.
- Perform extensive data entry.
- Correctly process a reservation request.
- Read and understand spreadsheets and charts to ascertain availability.
- Perform research in a timely manner where owner issues are of concern.
- Generate reports, spreadsheets and tracking for review by manager.
- Create reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
- Handle a multi phone line system.
- Quote and be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates.
- Recite all information with regard to Residence Club facilities.
- Assist owner with use privileges; i.e. split week, double usage, exchanges, etc.
- Assist with Concierge type request.
- Handle owner and guest complaints in conjunction with management, keeping them well informed of action taken.
- Utilize the computer to run reports and track information.
- Handle emergency procedures and situations with maturity and professionalism.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have:
- Proficient in English language and excellent written and reading skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous computer training or experience
- Previous Front Desk or Reservations experience preferred
