Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls & emails and assist guests with making reservations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Input and update guest information in the reservation system accurately
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
-Assist Operations Manager with daily duties of dispatching and overseeing chauffeurs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in transportation industry, hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively & able to take direction well
- Proficient in using reservation software or systems
- Ability to work in a face paced, high pressure environment
