To be successful as a Reservationist for the Electric Shuffle Team, you will be responsible for the following (but not limited to): Give a friendly and positive impression when a client contacts us at any point in their journey Learn & utilize our client communication systems (experience with Sevenrooms, Microsoft Teams, and ZenDesk a plus) Promptly & courteously address guest inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Efficiently coordinate pre-ordered food & beverage for reservations to maximize guest experience and make service more efficient Deliver friendly and well-informed service to each client ensuring a world-class guest experience Collaborate with the operations and events teams to provide valuable support Execute ad hoc administrative functions to contribute to efficient operations WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
