Reservation Specialist
We are a family-owned vacation rental management company that prides itself on delivering excellent and worry-free rental experiences for guests traveling to the Leavenworth area.
The Reservation Specialist position will require a positive, upbeat employee with a can-do attitude who is well-versed in customer service and communication skills. To expertly assist guests' needs, reservations agents should expect to become familiar with our reservations system, the local area, and all of Love Leavenworth’s managed properties. Daily routines include taking reservations online, answering guest questions, troubleshooting issues, creative problem solving, and working on recurring or particular tasks and projects. Agents will work in conjunction with other team members, managers, and divisions of our company such as housekeeping and maintenance. Guest satisfaction is a core goal within Love Leavenworth, and the Reservations Specialist plays a critical role in achieving that goal.

Requirements:
- Two years experience in providing customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Current and diverse familiarity with the Leavenworth/Lake Wenatchee area
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Advanced computer and typing skills
- A working cell-phone with access to the internet

Education Requirements:
- High School, or equivalent certificate
Position Specifications:
- Part-time position with extra hours available during peak season. Friday to Tuesday, 5 hours/day shift. A shift is a fixed time throughout the month. However, shift times can vary from month to month with prior notice.
- Client communication and communication with managers/employees
- Managing booking info, special requests, issue response
- Assisting guests with planning their stay via phone, email, and software systems
- New property setup and property information maintenance
- Occasionally driving within a 25-mile range to visit properties for various tasks
- Communication and support of other company divisions
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly, non-exempt starting at $19/hour. Offers may vary depending on experience.
