RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Lead the formulation, development, and optimization of new programs, designs, and prototypes.
- Participate in research formulating and writing with other staff.
- Assess new technologies and future applications of technologies.
- Propose, plan, and manage research projects, report preparation, and presentation of findings.
- Experiences with coatings in plastic substrates are preferred.
- Experiences with various coating property / measurement / trouble shooting are desired.
- Experiences with various PUD (polyurethane dispersion) chemistry are preferred.
- Stay up to date on developments within their field through methods such as reading academic journals, attending training programs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education:
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, 5+ years of experiences;
- Master degree, with 2+ years of experiences.
