Essential responsibilities include:
- Perform biomolecular interactions with BLI/SPR platforms
- Design, troubleshoot, and analyze experiments discovery programs with label-free biosensor analysis.
- Characterize biotherapeutics by developing biosensor assays to quantitate antibody-target binding (e.g. kinetics, affinities) with high-throughput screens on various biosensor platforms
- Perform high-throughput epitope binning experiments
- Performed high-resolution kinetics and affinity analysis of antibody-antigen binding and other protein interactions
- Function as the primary contact for the planning and execution of antibody discovery projects related to research and method development, and for the design, planning, conduct and reporting of experiments.
- Ensure raw data is accurate, complete and in appropriate order to meet protocols and SOP specifications. Prepare high quality final reports appropriate for the project including method development, qualification, and data analysis.
