Job Title: Clinical Research Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Hours: 20-24
Reports To: Director of Clinical Research
Summary: Responsible for the creative development and timely implementation of Social Media posting schedules, database mailings, physician outreach, newsletters, staff outreach for the purpose of generating participant interest in our clinical research trials.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong Social Media understanding with the use of Facebook, Twitter, Constant Contact, You Tube.
- Development and implement a corporate Social Media strategy. Specifically, a project management plan for recruitment of subjects for all trials
- Creative development and updating of Social Media posting schedules,
- Replying to comments from subscribers or liking tagged photos
- Coordinate with other staff and physicians to determine how to market brand our brand and our services using Social Media
- Follows conversations on the internet while interacting with the public at the same time
- Responsible for monitoring trends in hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into the brand
- Tracking whether or not Social Media efforts have been successful through goal setting with markers for identifying success through various online analytical tools
- Monitor online activity across all areas to assure anyone using the company online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules
- Encourage greater Social Media participation
- Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brands Social Media strategy
- Maintains research and Midwest Center for Dermatology web sites working with DOCS web site developers to keep our marketing media choices relevant and timely
- Attend weekly research staff meetings reporting on recruitment & Social Media activities.
- Updates database on a quarterly basis for our common clinical trial projects–from general dermatology through EMA
Miscellaneous:
- Willingly provides assistance to team members while assisting to maintain clinic/patient flow, accomplishing work assignments by multitasking, in a congenial and respectful manner.
- Responsible for staying current on all office procedures and implementing changes as directed including OSHA, HIPAA and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director and / or PI.
