Qorvo's Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program. Qorvo offers real work experience, exposure to upper management, and the opportunity to pursue full time opportunities, as available.

Qorvo's Research&Development Engineering Internships are offered in our research departments which are part of Global Operations. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Simulations of device characteristics and modeling using standard industry tools such as AWR, ADS, ANSYS, HFSS, MATLAB
- RF measurements working with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and power meters to compare simulated data to real lab data
- Partnering with R&D engineers to in technology development projects
- Supporting Quality engineers for failure analysis
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MS, PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related fields
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- RF circuit design course work and/or experience strongly preferred
- Exposure to RF measurement equipment such as, spectrum analyzers and network analyzers preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Software Exposure: ADS, AWR, MATLAB, ANSYS, COMSOL, HFSS
- Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling
- Detail oriented to ensure success deployment of new technologies
