ABOUT THIS ROLE
You usually work from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, but your schedule is flexible. This is a mostly remote role, with some travel required for meetings and training.
As a Research Development Coordinator, you collaborate with a team of dedicated mental health professionals to drive research and development initiatives forward. You support our nonprofit's success by revamping our data collection processes and optimizing how our staff tracks each client's progress. Emphasizing confidentiality, you inform staff of the best ways to collect and record their data so that we can track our effectiveness. You make sure to meet all deadlines, and you present your findings to various audiences and stakeholders. Join us in making a meaningful difference for others!

ARE YOU THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a similar field
- Experience in data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of basic statistics
- Computer proficiency
- Team spirit, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills
A master's would be preferred. Management experience dealing with grant programs or not-for-profit organizations would be a bonus! Experience with creating surveys and analyzing results is also a plus.
