SalaryFull-time contract research analyst based in Washington, D.C. Responsible for the research and daily completion of city directory research reports, utilizing the available city and cross reference directories located at the Library of Congress. Reports are time sensitive and rapid report turn times are mandatory. Additional responsibilities include digitization and expansion of company's historic and proprietary datasets. Information is used to support Phase I environmental site assessments. Research experience required. Experience and knowledge of the Library of Congress and/or city directories is preferred. · Must have proven track record of strong communication skills, successful issue resolution abilities and a collaborative approach. Must be self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, hands-on, and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and multi-task. Full-time needed but also interested in contract part-time supplemental research support. Interested candidates should submit resume and cover letter.
