Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in conducting research, analyzing data, and contributing to the development of real-world research projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in research and data analysis, especially in the business, finance, and agriculture fields of study.
The internship period shall last a minimum of one semester. Allotted work time is 20 hours a week, with daily allocation flexible.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the design and execution of research.
· Collect, organize, and analyze the researched data.
· Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings.
· Prepare researched materials for presentation.
· Collaborate with other associates to develop research protocols and methodologies.
· Participate in weekly team meetings to review tasks.
· Keep track of time worked on projects and submit biweekly timesheets.
Qualifications Preferred
· Proficiency with research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge (experience) of commodity markets and agriculture.
· Majors of business, economics, finance, and writing.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
