Join our team focused on Global New Technologies, where you'll be a key player in improving R&D operations and bringing innovation to U.S. products. Your role involves identifying customer challenges, validating ideas, and contributing to the development of new technologies for warewash products.
Responsibilities:
Understand and address customer challenges with effective solutions.
Prioritize and validate ideas based on technical and economic factors.
Stay updated on new technology and market trends.
Conduct advanced Research and Development aligned with market needs and regional standards.
Evaluate technologies for integration into warewashing equipment.
Provide creative engineering solutions for warewashing products.
Qualifications:
Innovative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
Additional Requirements:
Minimum three years of engineering experience.
BS in Engineering; MS preferred.
Proficient in engineering tools, including 3-D CAD (Pro Engineer preferred) and New Product Development processes.
Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
Initial eight weeks of orientation and onboarding in Germany, followed by periodic travel to Europe (two to three times per year).
