Research And Design Pilot & High Altitude Parachute Mask Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Research and Design Pilot &High Altitude Parachute Mask Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-Altitude Parachute Masks while also actively engaging in Research and development projects related to aviation and safety equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination of design expertise, aviation experience, and sales acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Utilize your creative talents and technical skills to design innovative high-Altitude Parachute Masks that meet safety standards and user requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate conceptual designs into functional prototypes.
• Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to aviation equipment and safety gear. Conduct research to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Testing and Evaluation: Oversee the testing and evaluation of prototype designs, ensuring that they meet quality, performance, and safety standards. Analyze test results and implement design modifications as needed.
• Sales and Marketing: Actively participate in sales and marketing activities, including product presentations, trade shows, and client meetings. Utilize your technical expertise to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, providing technical support, and offering customized solutions to meet their needs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive project success.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate as needed to support business operations and sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in aircraft design, aviation technology, or aerospace Research and development.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other design tools.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for sales meetings, trade shows, and client visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
