About the Role:
The Team: Fixed Income Intelligence team provides a real-time snapshot of bondholders of high yield, investment grade, or convertible debt issues. Whether an issuer is attempting to negotiate an exchange offering, modify debt covenants, or simply looking to discretely buy back its own debt, the first step is identifying the key holders.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Have a meaningful impact on the mission-critical products and services that clients rely on every single day.
Provide clients with timely market, deal data and bondholder information.
Responsible for acquiring in-depth knowledge of the client's bondholder base (i.e. investment style, activist history, largest underlying mutual funds, understanding the tracking visibility of each bondholder within DTC, etc.)
Manage existing corporate client relationships and generate client deliverables.
Monitor the flow of institutional capital and analyze market movement (proficiency in DTC tracking)
Initiate and maintain strong working relationships with buy-side analysts, sell-side analysts, industry experts and/or institutional contacts that provide position updates.
Partner with Operational teams internally and externally to ensure the smooth processing of corporate actions.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $48,200 to $87,125. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or Economics
General understanding of the bond market and operations.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Specific experience in Securities related functions (i.e., Settlements, Prime Brokerage, Clearance, Client Services, and/or Corporate Actions) will be an added advantage.
