Job Summary
Job Summary
The Reproductive Health (RH) Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring equitable access to safe, quality reproductive and sexual health services by maintaining agency compliance with RHCare program certification requirements. This includes providing program management/oversight, program and technical expertise, and quality assurance/improvement support to Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn Counties and contracted service providers. Collaboratively engage program and community partners to identify and implement policy, systems, and environmental (PSE) change strategies and programmatic solutions, including assessment, program planning, community mobilizing, coalition building, and evaluating the effectiveness of strategies. This role will be responsible for ensuring ongoing program funding through activities such as grant writing and implementation.

    Minimum Qualifications
    The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public health, community health, health promotion, prevention science, public administration, public policy, health services/care coordination, health and human services, health information management or equivalent education; AND
    • At least 1 year of experience as a program or care coordinator, program manager, program assistant, administrative coordinator, health navigation coordinator, case manager, population health coordinator, program administrator, or program specialist in the health field.
    An equivalent combination of closely related education and experience may be accepted. Please note candidates must have at least 6 months of actual work experience to be considered as equivalent.
    Special Requirements:
    • Hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

    • Draft and/or update policies and/or clinical practice standards as needed for program and agency requirements
    • Research, collaborate, and apply for funding (e.g. grants)
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships based on trust and respect with coworkers, clients, program and community partners
    • Experience with advocacy and a commitment to racial equity and social justice with the understanding of how social determinants impact health.
