- Provides technical support and product information to customers; conduct product presentations and product training to all interested parties.
- Participates in national congresses and meetings giving product and competition information. Conducts own marketing services campaign providing products and literature to maximize profits.
- Conducts field demonstrations and trials. Sets up equipment and conducts installations and technical adjustments in the operating room.
- Advises customer on product usage and capabilities to generates sales. Seeks customer acquisition through product demonstration and research of competition to highlight product utility.
- Write raw version of tenders/quotations in the field and responsible for other administrative tasks to include copying, reports, trip expense reports, and processing mail to and from home office.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
