Summary and Objective

The Services Team Representative (Level 1) is responsible for the day-to-day flight activity, ensuring that all customer requiremen are met. The goal of the Services Department is to provide our customers with an uncompromisingly efficient, accurate, consultant, and service-oriented interface with the company for reservations and day of flight management. The customer interface must be friendly, appropriate, helpful, and culturally sensitive.


Essential functions

  • Providing the highest level of services for all our Network clients.
  • Creating accurate reservations in AirTable system.
  • Maintain supervisory oversight to ensure that all necessary services ae accomplished.
  • Proactively manage customer database to facilitate customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that a proper verbal and written handover takes place to the following rotation.
  • Providing the highest level of safety, service and quality to all our Network client
  • Anticipate all customers’ needs whenever possible.
  • Ensure Confidentiality for all clients.
  • Arranges all requested services for our clients prior to thir flight, including but not limited to catering, car services, rental cars, airport slor reservations, ect.
  • Gathers all documents required prior to travel including but not limited to passports, COVID restrictions, international approval forms, ect.
  • Follow all procedures and templates, when provided, and quality checks before completion.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Basic Understanding of Computer Applications and Data Entries.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through phone, email, and personal correspondence.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ensures all new flights built onto the schedule coordinate with the initial request.
  • Handle preparations for flights on our schedule.
  • Ability to asdapt and respond to different characters.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.

  • Mostly indoor office environment

Work Schedule

  • 4 days on, 4 days off rotating
  • 10-hour shifts

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task

Required education and experience

  • High School diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work evening, nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • More than proficient in data entry

Preferred education and experience

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1 to 3 years Aerospace/ Aeronautics Experience
  • 1 to 3 years in Customer Service
