POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Assist with Customer Care group with payroll. Process various documents, reports, meter orders. Create, corrects and processes meter orders. Reconcile credit card receipts for Meter Operations employees. Handles inquires from internal customers and, when appropriate from external customers. Performs all Department/Group clerical support functions required to maintain information and promote operations functions. You will perform duties and operates procedures associated with various Meter Operations and Electric Meter Laboratory activities; provides reports and fulfills data requests; troubleshoots a variety of issues; and makes recommendations to management. Primary duties include but are not limited to collects data for reports and compliance filings for the Regulatory, ISO-NE, customer inquiries and other external agencies; identifies area for process improvement and participates in/aids with benchmarking activities; provides analysis and troubleshooting assistance and maintenance; tracks a variety of operational activities; assists with special studies; and participates in Storm Restoration activities as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or the equivalent is required. You should have knowledge of metering concepts, operating procedures and associated metering systems such as Fieldnet, MVRS, Power Track, C2, etc.; demonstrated proficiency with PC’s, computer applications and spreadsheets; must be able to work in a team environment and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills; and must display initiative, accept responsibility, ability to work independently and deliver accurate and timely results.
