Repossession Agent

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently recovering vehicles and providing excellent customer service. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong mechanical knowledge, conflict management skills, and the ability to drive various types of vehicles.

Duties:
- Operate a tow truck or recovery vehicle to recover vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Assess and secure vehicles for transport using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the recovery process
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with recovered vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of all recoveries, including vehicle information, condition, and any damages incurred during the recovery process
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing recovery operations
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate recovery efforts and ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Proficient in operating a forklift for loading and unloading vehicles
- Excellent driving skills with the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with recovered vehicles
- Commercial driving experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
