Summary
The Repair Station Inventory Clerk position is an integral part of the Repair Station process keeping materials flowing throughout the repair process. This person will be receiving customer material into the Repair Station, issuing materials to complete the repairs, and performing other tasks to meet customer turnaround times. This requires a motivated individual who works well with others across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Inventory clerk responsibilities
- Enter list of materials from RMA into Epicor Job
- Issue and pick all parts to Job
- Organize warehouse parts locations for efficiency in picking
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Perform inventory cycle counts
- Receive RMA from customer
- Review customer Repair Order or Purchase Order
- Verify Paperwork matches parts returned
- Create Job packet
- Generate Repair Forms using Word
- Complete RMA Receiving Entry form in Access Data Base
- Receive part into Epicor
- Upon completion of repair
- Create Packing List
- Complete C of C
- Packaging
Required:
- Lift up to 30 pounds.
- ERP and Spreadsheet experience.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Two years of shipping or warehouse experience and/or High School Diploma or GED preferred.
