PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a VIP Lounge Representative, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and superior service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer questions, facilitate guest reservations and verify if special requests/amenities were delivered
- Ensure the VIP check-in/out process is efficient
- Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for any additional food, beverages or show tickets
- Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions
- Open and close the VIP lounge daily by following department standards
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Has experience in guest services, preferably in a resort setting
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of computer software systems such as MS Suite and POS systems preferred
