Summary
Rental Sales Advisor will work to sell rentals for all rental locations, increase sales, establish partnerships, and improve processes.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- CRM Development, training, and continuous improvement
- Rental Club and Rental sales
- Lead negotiation
- Post-rental follow up for continuous improvement, upsell, and customer satisfaction
- Communication of trends found with follow up conversations
- Create a connection with customers to build and maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, starting with the customer’s first interaction with Tommy’s
- Manual reservation and online reservation process continuous improvement
- Ability to call, text, and email customers based on their preferred method of communication
- Assist in improving and increasing online reviews for all rental locations
- Manage centralized phone number and direct customers appropriately
- Ability to field and follow up with leads outside of normal operating hours where needed
- Boat show assistance and selling
- Effectively communicate with on-site managers
- Assist, brainstorm, and execute partnership and marketing opportunities to attract more customers. Document traction and results with each opportunity
- Assistance with annual price adjustments, monitor local markets
- Other tasks as requested by manager

QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Prior negotiation/sales skills preferred
- Boating experience preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally when/where necessary for training and development required
