• Job Summary: Prepare vehicles for rent, coordinate rental vehicle repairs, create rental tickets and returns using our software system, effectively communicate with internal and external key players.

  Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare rental and "for sale" vehicles for customer pick up. Clean both inside and outside of vehicles thoroughly.
• Take pictures of any damage to rental vehicles and report needed repairs to supervisor.
• Create rental tickets and returns in our software system.
• Sign out rental tickets with customers.
• Keep rental vehicles organized in the yard and ensure that they are in the correct spot.
• During slow periods: Clean shop, clean bathrooms and stock toilet paper, paper towels, and soap, keep break room clean and ensure fresh coffee is ready for waiting customers.
• Communicate clearly, promptly, and effectively with customers to ensure fulfillment.
• Communicate Efficiently and proactively with internal departments including the sales team, shop, and service departments with the shared goal of fulfilling customer needs.

• Skills/ Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/ GED equivalence
• Class D Driver License
• Superior problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability and willingness to learn various software
