SUMMARY
The Rental Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, value-added services, and dispatch of a variety of beMatrix products for the rental department. Ensuring that productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the list below. Other duties may be assigned, as needed.
- Maintain warehouse space in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
- Control and manage inventory.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
- Maintain clean and organized work area as well as assist with warehouse cleaning and organization.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job.
- Stack, pack, label and assist with shipping of completed orders.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of products.
- Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.
- Check and record completed projects for quality; ensuring that expectations were met or exceeded.
- Provide accurate information and reports as needed by supervisor/team leader.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of warehouse material handling experience.
- Forklift certified.
- Experience using an ERP system such as Business Central is a plus.
- Highly organized, able to manage priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to conduct self-according to beMatrix’s operating values, which include operating with honesty and integrity, and in a spirit of teamwork and respect.
Monday to Friday: Hours 7:00am-4:00pm with OT as needed
