Rental Agent

Christy's Auto Rentals is seeking a full time Rental Agent to join our fast paced, team oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

• valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years
• no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record
• high school diploma or equivalent required
• ability to work outside during every season
• have own vehicle to get to and from main office
• reliable
• able to work as a team player
• availability on Saturdays

Job Description:

• learn and understand the rental software system
• provide exceptional customer service to customers on the road & in office
• deliver rental vehicle to customers
• returning vehicles must be walked around for visual damage
• vehicles must be cleaned per company standards

For Example:

• vehicles must be fully vacuumed and free of dust and any other substance visual or sticky on steering wheel, dash, cup holders, center console, doors, floors or anywhere noticed
• tire pressure should always be checked for safe driving
• document all visual damage and smells in vehicle-such as smoke
• all windows washed for clear viewing for safe driving
• wiper fluids should be full
• trunk clear of any trash or personal items left behind
• wash exterior of vehicles

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and some Saturdays 8am-12pm

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
