The Renovation Carpenter position is an hourly (non-exempt) role. The starting rate is posted at $20.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on your experience level. If your experience level is above what is listed in our description the hourly rate can go up accordingly.

A day in the life of a Renovations Carpenter

The Renovation Carpenter will work with their Lead or Superintendent to put work into place on our residential projects. Our Renovation Carpenters work on everything from additions, home updates, and full renovation projects. DeLeers Construction's projects are one-of-a-kind and will require problem solving and out of the box thinking to complete.

What is required to be a fantastic Renovation Carpenter

• Good knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in construction.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
• Must be able to travel out-of-town for various job projects and stay overnight when required.
• Hold or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver's license prior to employment.
• Walk, prolonged standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
• Use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift and/or move 25+ pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
