Avēsis, Sales and Marketing/Renewal Department a is seeking to fill a remote entry-level position for a self-motivated, task-oriented individual who enjoys helping others achieve likeminded goals and accomplishments for our clients. Help maintain tracking sheets, making and/or reviewing documents and willing to work with our internal departments to help retain clients and produce work that reflects positively back on Avēsis company.Through skill-building, leadership development and philanthropic opportunities, we provide opportunities to build communities and grow your career, surrounded by diverse colleagues with high ethical standards.
Essential Job Functions:
- Organize and responding to incoming emails
- Tracking information in the incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Correspond in a professional manner with internal and external clients via email or Teams, daily.
- Build and review monthly excel audits
- Assist producing Adobe document packets
- Great attention for details
- Correcting mandated documents for Account Management team.
- Assist Account Managers with document preparations.
- Ambition to continuously strives to provide quality work for clients.
- Self-motivation, ability to organize and stay on task
- Adapts to changing business priorities and environments, quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Intermediate to Advanced skill with Microsoft Excel and Adobe.
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Hourly Range: $18.33 - $28.67
