Team member will work closely with lead engineers and clients on the PV Solar and BESS portion of projects to:
- Manage the scope of services, including preparing conceptual designs, project deliverables, construction administration, and project closeout
- Work in collaboration with Clients and Owners to develop project scope and goals
- Select and specify the appropriate equipment (PV modules, inverters, DAS)
- Locate and lay out that equipment for the specific job site
- Configure the system DC and AC one-line diagram to the point of connection in coordination with the electrical engineer
- Provide all related calculations
- Provide necessary PV specific details
- Manage the Interconnection Application (IA) process with the serving utility company
- Ensure all projects are compliant with industry standards and regulations
- Coordinate technical aspects of the design with the structural, civil, electrical, technology, and architectural teams
- Conduct site inspections and project progress meetings regularly
- Coordinate on project proposals and RFP development
- Adhere to project budget and schedule requirements
- Exceed client expectations
Minimum Requirements:
- Five (+5) years of project management experience in the design of PV solar and BESS systems
- Ability to lead and coordinate a team to complete project deliverables while exceeding client expectations
- Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD
- Proficient in Revit BIM software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Etc.)
- Strong desire to work with team members and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated previous success with project design from inception to completion
- Fieldwork will be expected and require interaction with client personnel
Preferred:
- Ability to perform financial and technical energy feasibility studies
- Energy modeling and data analysis for evaluating energy efficient measures
- Experience with commissioning
- Interest in developing the firm’s sustainable marketability

Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 / yr
