We have designed an outcomes-led approach, pairing clinician know-how with interventional treatments that when paired with talk therapy significantly improve outcomes for chronic depression, PTSD and other anxiety cases in adults. The existing somatic treatments are Spravato (esketamine) and ketamine, with further neurostimulation and psychedelic therapies likely to be approved and covered by insurance in the coming years (MDMA, SAINT TMS protocol, psilocybin, and others)

Details
- Provides and manages direct patient care, new patient evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
- Develops and implements patient care management plans, records progress notes, and assists in provision of continuity of care.
- Prescribes medications and other treatment modalities as appropriate to assessed medical conditions and refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.
- Functions as part of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team to provide collaborative care.
- Directly administers parenteral medications & other treatment modalities including ketamine, Spravato, etc.
- Uses validated rating scales, according to Heading protocols, to assist with diagnosis, treatment selection, therapeutic monitoring, and disposition.
- Instructs and counsels patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens. Communicates with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information.

Qualifications
- Knowledgeable of HIPAA patient privacy and data security requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situations.

- Initiative, creativity, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (required)
- Licenses: Current Texas APRN (or equivalent) License (required)
- Education level: Nurse Practitioner (or equivalent) with PMHNP (or equivalent) specialization.
- Experience: 3+ years as PMHNP (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $130,000-140,000 base salary
- RVU surplus Bonus earning potential
