Cool Shade Travel is looking for genuine, self disciplined, and energetic individuals with a passion for tourism and hospitality to join our team!
Position Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers.
Understand the wants, needs, preferences, and budget of each client.
Research and book all trip plans as needed by clients.
Create Quotes, Itineraries, and Invoices for customers. This may include the booking of hotels/resorts, Airline tickets, Transfers, Tours, Cruises, Car rentals, Concerts, etc…
Requirements:
Must be 18 and Older.
Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
Must have a reliable internet connection, computer and/or smartphone.
Need to attend live and recorded trainings and gatherings.
Must have a positive and passionate attitude.
Must be able to learn and adapt to the travel/vacation industry.
Must be able to work with little to no supervision, but willing to ask for help and guidance when needed.
