Remote- Temp-To-Hire, Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a Remote- Temp-To-Hire, Commercial Lines Account Manager to become a part of our organization! You will investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the organization's liability in various claims. 

Position Description- Temp-to-hire, Fully Remote, You need to provide your own Equipment, M-F 8-5pm EST, 3/25

·         Assist clients with billing or policy questions

·         Set up policies in EPIC; corrections to EPIC or request changes based off processor policy review

·         Document Client Files and Attach in EPIC

·         Handle Claims

·         Review expiration list

·         Issue certificates, evidence of Property, and Auto ID cards

·         Send cancellation requests/lprs to the insured and company

·         Renew agency bill renewals (Not handled by AB Renewal Team)

·         Process Cancellations and Reinstatements

·         Type No Loss Letters and have them signed, and sent to Carrier as needed to request Reinstatement

·         Create and amend premium finance agreements

·         Assist Producer with collecting additional information required for Underwriting

·         Service House Accounts as needed if assigned

o    Send requests for Remarket or Adding coverage to Marketing dept if account premium is less than $5k (Over $5k can send request for Reassignment)

o    Present coverage options and bind coverage

·         Set up Client / Marketing in Epic if delegated by producer

·         Agency bill Premium Collection

o    Including Aged Receivables

·         NOC Procedures

·         Loss Control - Relay notifications only

·         Prepare and present Quote Proposals

·         Present change request proposals

·         Assist with Audit completions, disputes and resolutions

·         Add, Update, and Close Opportunities Weekly

·         Process Agency Billed Endorsements

·         Solicit online client reviews

·         Request Loss Runs, Run MVRs, Assist Producer with EMOD letters

·         Add routine policies with current carriers to the account at the Client’s request - Quote, present and bind As Delegated by Producer

·         Client Accounting

• Resulting from Policy Changes or Audits for Agency bill policies
• Check Requests, Invoicing
• Transact Agency Bill Invoices
  • New, Renewal, Endorsement, Audit, Cancellations, ETC
  • AB Team will ONLY Transact Invoices for Renewals that they bind (Not Additional Premiums, Cancellations or any other Invoices

Position Requirements-

·         Must Reside in Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Missouri, Virginia
Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan

·         5+ Years Commercial Lines Account Manager Experience with Commercial Property, General Liability, Workers Comp, Benefits,

·         Applied Systems Epic Experience is Required

·         ACORD Applications and Carrier Supplemental Application Experience

·         Experience with Hartfod, Travelers, and Selective Insurance is Preferred.

·         Ability to work independently & self-train
