As a Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, interpreting telemetry data, and providing quality care to patients in need. Duties:
- Monitor patients telemetry data to identify any changes or abnormalities
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary interventions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of consistent RN experience . Valid RN license and up to date Covid Card
- Experience caring for medically complex patients
- Ability to demonstrate independent clinical decision-making
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not require
- Proficient EHR technology (Epic preferred), Microsoft, and GE monitoring
- Strong understanding of HIPAA and data security on telehealth platforms
- - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
