Our esteemed client, a reputable nationwide Home Health agency, is searching for a dynamic professional to join their team.
Details:
- Location: Lexington, KY
- Position: Home HealthRegistered Nurse (RN)
- Employment Type: Contract, 13 weeks with possibility of longevity
- Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, occasional weekends, and on-call duties typically once per month
- Location: Winston Salem, NC
- Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits after 90 days
Requirements:
- Current KYRN License
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in Home Health
- Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase documentation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Job Duties:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop customized care plans
- Administer skilled nursing care in the homes of patients
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation using Homecare Homebase
- Provide patient and family education on health management and care plans
- Participate in on-call rotation and conduct occasional weekend visits
- Adhere to regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of patient care
