We are hiring hourly, fully remote (telehealth) bilingual BCBAs (English/Spanish) in North Carolina (NC). Must be LBA in state of NC.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Parent Training.
- Provide supervision to behavior technicians/RBTs.
- Empower and coach parents and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments and design/implement individual treatment plans.
- Uphold the company mission, core values, and ethical standard at all times.
- Always maintain a professional relationship with clients and providers
- Manage own schedule and caseload.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information including client records (HIPAA laws), personnel information and other relevant issues.

Requirements
- Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Completion of BCBA supervision training
